(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) Sept. 8, 2008—Credential recording artist Seabird’s hit song “Rescue” has been selected by ABC to promote its new season of 12-time Emmy-nominated series, “Pushing Daisies.” Likewise, the song’s music video is holding steady this week at No. 1 on TVU’s “Most Wanted.”

“Rescue” is also finding favor with music audiences, as the song’s video has captured the No. 1 spot for two consecutive weeks on TVU, a nationwide, 24/7 music video television network. Consisting of brothers Aaron (vocals/keys) and Ryan (guitar) Morgan, as well as Chris Kubik (bass), and Aaron Hunt (drums), the Cincinnati-based band initially formed in 2004 when entering a local “battle of the bands” competition. Released June 24, 2008, ‘Til We See The Shore, a collaborative effort with producers Jacquire King (Modest Mouse, Kings Of Leon, Tom Waits, Switchfoot) and Allen Salmon (Mute Math, This Beautiful Republic), is an attempt to meet its fans where they are, to craft an album that “share[s] the emotions, victories, and defeats we all experience as normal, every day people,” says Aaron.
